Return Policy

You can return Dan John products purchased online, for any reason, within 30 days of receiving the goods.

To make the return, and obtain a refund of the goods, it is necessary that the products are in new condition, with the tags and labels applied and in its original packaging. We cannot refund if the products are not in the conditions described above.

The refund will appear on your bank statement within 5-10 business days. Please note that repayment times depend on the issuing institution of your card and are beyond our control

EXCHANGE IN STORE:

  • Make sure the products are in new condition with all labels attached and bring with you the pro-forma invoice that was attached to your package.
  • Go to one of our stores: https://danjohn.com/pages/store-concept-locator.
  • Show one of our sales people the pro forma and the products to get a size change or contextual product.
  • Cash refunds are not allowed in the shop.

RETURN BY COURIER:

1) ITALY

  • Contact us on:supporto@danjohn.com communicating the desire to return the goods.indicatesin the email or on the proforma invoice, in case you want to make an exchange, the model and size you want to replace,(Ex: I would like the classic plain royal dress size 50, instead of size 48) or simply indicate the request of the monetary repayment.The "easy return" operation with item replacement is completely free,on the other hand, the monetary reimbursement involves a deduction of 5€ .The service charge will be deducted from the total amount of the return. Refund for cash on delivery will be made by bank transfer within 15 days of receiving the return at our warehouses, upon communication via e-mail of the customer's bank details.

  • Prepare the package by inserting the items in the package received in new condition with attached tags and the proforma invoice received, highlighting the items you intend to return on this.
  • Apply the return label on the outside of the package and deliver it to the courier.
  • Once we receive the package in our warehouses we will notify you as soon as possible about the response. If the conditions of the goods correspond to those indicated, the procedure will be started immediately to send you the new item you have indicated as a replacement or to make a refund.

2) EEC COUNTRIES

It should be noted that, in addition to shipping costs, any customs costs will also be at your expense. . 4) NON-EEC COUNTRIES

For specific areas and non-EEC countries, shipments may be subject to delays due to customs blocks. The delivery times indicated do not take these blocks into account. Dan John is in no case responsible for freezes due to payment of customs duties as each country has its own regulations on import / export trade. Customs duties are applied by the customs office of the individual country, which is why we are unable to provide and prevent the related amounts, we recommend that you contact the customs office of your country for more information. The payment of these import taxes is the sole responsibility of the customer who will have to pay the relative amount at the time of delivery. If the customer is unwilling to pay these charges, the shipment cannot be delivered and will be returned to the sender and the customer will be charged for the return shipping costs. Dan John cannot refund any amount related to customs duties or import taxes.
